We are excited you are starting your journey with us!
Register a buyer account by clicking ‘REGISTER/SIGN IN’ at the top right corner. Once you are done with buyer registration, ‘BE SELLER’ button will appear at the right top corner. Click on it and complete your seller registration. When this is done you can set up your shop and start selling.
Fees. We offer 6 months free subscription. Then, it is only 3.99 EURO per month. There is also fixed 5% transaction fee from a total amount of every order. There are no other fees. All transactions are done in EURO. Currency conversions are handled by your bank.
Invoices. You can access your invoices on you seller dashboard.
Taxes. Please check taxation / VAT regulations and reporting in your country before starting your sales. You are solely responsible for your taxation / VAT matters.
Quick shipping is essential for customers' satisfaction. You should try to ship within 2 days of completing an order and provide a tracking number. We recommend making packaging attractive. It shows you care about customers. And, we all love when someone cares about us.
These situations will happen and it’s ok. They are opportunities to show that you are a reliable and honest business or artisan. People will return and bring their family and friends to your shop.
We want our marketplace to be a friendly environment, a true community. Please respect each other and show empathy. And when you need to insist on something, use assertiveness. Which means, stand firmly for what you believe with respect and empathy.
a. We do not allow outsourcing orders overseas or 'drop-shipping'. So, make sure only you and/or your team are handling all orders.
b. Familiarize yourself with the list of forbidden for sale items and the whole section about it in icouturiers Sellers Terms & Conditions.
c. Final tip. Think big. Love what you do and believe in yourself.
